What is a Property Assessment - Five Video Series

Assessment and Taxation approached Sticks & Stones to create a video series that explained some of the most basic questions asked about home assessments. Their data from 311 calls and emails showed, that the highest number of questions came from new homes owners. That approach let us down the path of analogies to everyday items and objects.

The issue is dense with detail, those concepts needed to be understood on our end, to be clearly and effectively communicated to the viewer - without putting them to sleep.
