Instagram

Developed a clear visual brand for Accent Infills, with a cohesive magazine worthy account feed. Worked on internally communicating the need for a range of high quality home designs to help create high quality unique marketing content.

  • 1056% follower growth. (6564 followers)

  • Fostered strong partnerships with suppliers and trades to expand exposure and gain organic reach with shares and features.

  • As of February 2020, 9 homes can be attributed to being sold through Instagram.

  • Pushed for high quality renderings to help presales and boost marketing. The capital rendering reached over 250,000 impressions.

  • Hosted & promoted events such as Accent Open houses and the Capital Launch party, with great success and attendance.

  • Posted daily to the ‘story’ to create a ‘personal’ relationship the audience. Creating invested and intrigued participants.

Facebook

Facebook was a top priority for Accent, the challenge was to connect with the Accent buyer who did not follow the same user habits of the average facebook user. Using data I found a ‘formula’ of post types and content types that worked with the facebook community and was able to grow invested followers.

  • Focused on analytics to understand the Accent facebook user.

  • Created targeted paid advertising campaigns through Ads Manager for Facebook. The adjusted the content for instagram.

Website

An online presence is key to thriving. Accent wanted a transparency of information, from home models, to inventory and lots. Continuously improving the Squarespace website to achieve greater usability specifically on mobile.

The original website was created by a friend and was an organizational disaster. The Accent website was a continuous project, to not only make the user experience greatly improve, but to clean up the back end to facilitate updates and simplify future growth.

  • Improved web traffic by an average of 150%

  • Reorganized the users flow throughout the site - the current webpage is using all new infrastructure.

  • Developed the ‘For Sale’ page help expand the customers information.

  • Learned basic coding to help customize the Squarespace template.

  • Updated homes models, listings, galleries, and availability daily.

Print + Digital Assets

Thoroughly expand on the Accent branding suite from digital assets to print material.

Took the small asset package Accent was using and created a full suite of useable files with a full vector logo and applicable pantone colours.

  • Developed the Accent brand through website redesign + social media visual overhaul.

  • Expanded on logo iterations for multiple applications - Print + Digital.

  • Marketing graphics for Facebook and Instagram.

A wide range of print material was managed and created, from site signage, home model hangouts, pop up tents to branded clothing.

Events were a key element in the Accent Marketing strategy, both small and large.

Biweekly open houses were hosted to meet potential new clients and to allow people to get inside and familiarize themselves with infill. Face to face interactions worked well to help grow the brand and become a staple in Edmontons community.
